Ronald Y. Chang received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2000; the M.S. degree in electronics engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, in 2002; and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA, USA, in 2008. From 2002 to 2003, he was with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Hsinchu, Taiwan. In 2008, he was a Research Intern at the Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories (MERL), Cambridge, MA, USA. In 2009, he was involved in the NASA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) projects. Since 2010, he has been with the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation (CITI), Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan, where he is currently a tenured Associate Research Fellow (Associate Professor). His research interests include wireless communications and networking. He was a recipient of the Best Paper Award from the IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC) in 2012 and the Outstanding Young Scholar Award from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan, in 2015 and 2017. He was an Exemplary Reviewer of the IEEE Communications Letters in 2012, the IEEE Transactions on Communications in 2015, and the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications in 2017.

Postdoctoral Fellows Program at Academia Sinica
The Postdoctoral Fellows Program at Academia Sinica accepts applications for merit-based postdoctoral fellowship twice a year. The appointment for this full-time research position is on a two-year term, starting from July 1 and January 1 each year (for application by March 1 and September 1, respectively).
