Artificial intelligence (AI), combined with advanced wearable and mobile technologies, has revolutionized modern healthcare delivery. These emerging technologies demonstrate remarkable capability in extracting reliable bio-signals, enabling long-term telehealth monitoring in home environments and facilitating objective clinical diagnosis. In this presentation, I will showcase the development of practical digital health system and digital biomarkers through the integration of cutting-edge technologies, wearable sensors, and machine learning algorithms. These innovations provide comprehensive health outcome and performance monitoring, assessment, and evaluation for both patients and medical professionals. I will present our latest research findings and demonstrate successful implementations of digital health solutions in real-world applications.
