Chiu-Han Hsiao received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Department of Information Management, National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 2018. He is currently an assistant research scientist of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. His research interests include resource management of wireless communication (4G/5G), AI, and cloud computing technologies.
